Why dont vassal states do what i say? how can they have the ability to declear war on me and why dont they invade my enemies?
is this just me or is there something just wrong with vassal states?

They aren't part of your clan so they can refuse what you ask.

Yea but when a vassal is created when they have been beaten and allowed to continue governing themselves, and for that they should be allies who attack who i attack and not me

When you declare war they are considered allies, but if they refuse to help you they are not longer your ally and then they can attack you.
