to be more corect it a litle tricky if your remix somwons music its not a original anymore and your get the copyright for the remixed song (your olny need to ad minor changes or not it all tepens on local law) after arsa13 encoded the saundtrack it was NOT ubisofts original anymore

yes the music is origialy copirigted by ubisoft as DABhandoints out put hers the tricky part after arsa13 encoded it was no longer the original work YOUR may pelive im magic put the files got engoded (maiby remixsed or aded info by a fird party) that spended real life time on it

your ar alowed to what ewer you want whit your files encode or encrypt them put UBISOFT HAS NO RIGHT TO STEAL YOUR FILES AND THEN SELL THEM AS OWN

Please don't use RIAA or MPAA studies to prove your points. They have been debunked many many times, and they are full of inaccuracies and just made up numbers.

This gave me a good laugh (I knew about this long ago...Rainbow Six Vegas 2...eh?).

UbiSoft hence has a history of doing such stuff. So why care on what UbiSoft will do to users using pirated copies when it itself is sometimes relying on it?

lets asume your live in new york or in london you go in shop to get your a new nike bag and your chose

when your buy it you pelive and trust that it is a oricinal nike product not pirated copy bag on what shop sellerwner has adached nike logo on it and now sells bag 10-20 times higer prize

the same goes for a game your go in lets say walmart visit valves veb site buy tirectly from ubi or over amason for your best knowlage its original product made and produched by ubisoft

and if your then find out that its not the original all ubisoft product for what your have given out your own hard earned money
put instead partly pirated product your have ben scamed as have many pepole pefor by nigerian (princes and kings promising fortunes if your give them all your money) scam E-MAILS

when ubisoft downloaded and then sold arsa13 encoded music files it the entire game trans formed into a pirated copy

I have the special edition of ACB, with the foil cover etc.

I also got the bonus disc which includes the soundtrack, nowhere at anytime does mine say in the comments for it "Encoded by arsa13".

But here is the funny thing I found out, the size of the soundtrack is bigger on the original than the warez release. Also what else I found out was whoever pre'd the bonus disc swapped the high bitrate encoding of the music with the one encoded by Arsa so they would meet the 4.6gb size of DVD-r.

Case solved.
