Seeing as my Hawke is a mage, and I've always liked Anders, my male Hawke is romancing Anders.

Fenris, however, is much too anti-mage for me to even tolerate him, and Isabela is, how shall I say, too "Active" for my tastes.

And I'm not too fond of Merrill either.

Yeah, Fenris is very anti-mage but that half tempted me into making a mage just to see what romancing him would actually be like, I imagined that it would be /very/ funny.

na i just did them all ... merrill moved in and fenris was the one to remain behind with my female mage at the end before my companions all went their ways .....

then again i was playing a *** who was just as bad as isabella.

for me best romance scene in order best to worst

Isabella , merrill , fenris , anders. ....

Sebastian is chase as we know though its fun to tease him , and there are many or 2 main reasons why i like Isabella the most

Shame there is nothing with Aveline other than help her persue someone... and shame you have nothing with your brother/sister or even Varric .... I want some dwarf loving

If you are male then choose: Isabela
If you are female then choose:Sebastian

For me personally,isabela is my first and foremost choice.
And,just out of curiosty,like the op i'm going toward merrill,she's just so cute and quirky i can't resist!

Why? Except for Sebastian, ALL romance options are bisexual. Sebastian is the only straight one and HIS romance shouldn't even be called that, as you never have sex and never will with him, as you enter a /CHASTE/ marriage. Personally, I'd rather date Isabela or Merril as either sex.

D: I somehow managed to get myself in a weird three-way with Isabella and Merill. 100% friendship with both, but Merril moved in. Then somehow I got invited to live on Isabella's boat and was told to bring Merril with me. The bit at the end where it said "We all went our separate ways ... well except for X" had Isabella and Merril overlapping each other. Threesome ftw?
