Lets have a thread about known effects from your doings in Fereldan which in turn has done something in Kirkwall/Free Marches.

Ok I will start..

Making Anora the queen, and instead of letting Anora kill Alistair and you exile him - he appears in the Hanged Man pub at the same time as you can talk to Isabella first time around. Drunk I may add! Another time to have Anders with you :P

Letting the Warewolves live and killing the Dalish - leads to a human who has a relative who is in stages of turning to a Lycan, she asks you to get 4 ingredients to stop the progression from being quick.

If the Grey Warden is a Dwarf and Lives, then you get a chance to kill 4 groups of Amaranthine upstarts who are trying to kill the Grey Warden. This quest starts outside the Hanged Man.

Being nice to Buddy Lem in DA:O makes him sell better stuff in the sewers at the docks

Awakening events also count...

If Nathaniel Howe is alive, he appears in Kirkwall a few times. I shan't spoil the surprise, but make sure Anders is with you

There is more im sure but can't think off the top of my head, hopefully others will share..

And please if someone has a DA:O save they are playing from where they killed Leliana see if it changes the movie at the end

Um, why would you have killed Leliana? Oh, wait. I do remember there's a couple places where that might have happened. Interesting. Now you are making me think about replaying DAO, lol, just to see the results in DA2.

There is a DAO savegame generator around... It will probably save you hours of time

Alistair - King of Ferelden
Visits player in Act 3 when you are "The Champion" in the Viscounts Keep. A mini quest if I remember correctly. That or it was just story developement.

Zevran - Alive and Survived the Blight
Shows up in a side quest in Act 3. Hint: Bring Isabela along.

Dalish Alive / Werewolves Cured
An interaction on the Wounded Coast in Act 1 between Danlya's Daughter (The werewolf you mercy killed in the Brecillian Forest I believe) and a former werewolf.

Nathaniel Howe - Alive
Read the first post, also, when you encounter him in Act 3 in the Deep Roads, he will mention another Warden in his party, a dwarf that is drunk. Hint: a reference to Ohgren.

Avernus - Soldier's Keep (Alive)
In Act 1, there will be a side quest found on the Wounded Coast, pertaining to some "Grey Warden Documents". Fancy reading.

When playing and beating the game with the Origins save where my mage Elf warden dated Leliana, she briefly mentioned him during the quest where she comes to Kirkwall as Nightingale.
