Having a bit of trouble to run and swing fast enough to get out of Renegade Fort. Any ideas?

ohhh! yea, i did it with out the timer, killed off the guys on the platfrom, rescued the explorer, the went back and did it with the door, ok, to do it the best way, postition yourself so right after you flip the switch, you can jump to the vine, then, go to the platform and then roll under the door ( i can't remember exactly, but i think that's it)
