Im having trouble opening the downloaded file. I'm using WinRAR and when I click to extract the files, an error message keeps popping up saying that there is an unexpected end of archive. Is the file corrupted or is it my computer?

completely uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software before downloading and extracting.
