Well... I finished the game yesterday. It took a while to understand the way to win the chopper sequence. Heck it took a while for me to get the elevator acid bug shootout... Now I'm shelving this game.

Ok, first thank you for the trainer. Now on to my issue. The trainer will not recognize the game. I turned off antivirus, ran as admin, put it in the game directory and matched up the version. both trainers here and the ones over at cheatscapes won't work. It is a retail version of the game.

GOTY edition or patched up retail? And which version.

Also be aware, not just anti-virus programs can stop the trainer from doing anything so can anti-spyware stuff also.

It's the Limited Edition with extra content for multiplayer. But since I do not play multiplayer I did not activate that so it is just a basic retail game which I have updated. The latest trainer should work for it.

Right click the .exe file in the game folder (think it is borderlands.exe) and got properties and check the tab for the version number and post it here.
