You finished a beta which you should never have had anyway, let alone it actually doesn't finish per say as there is a game stopping bug from what I have read in chapter 7.

Well I guess you won't be buying the game, and wonder why staff let posts that are obviously warez posts or related to warez continue to be left alone when the site is against warez.

OP is in no real TOS violation here since he didn't post links to download the beta nor did he give any information on how to get it.

He can simply be spamming or he could have had played the beta. If its the latter - Right now he is not viable to any kind of penalty.

Also DABhand, please calm down. You are acting like you represent EA right now.

Not at all, I don't represent a brand or organisation, im just a bit miffed that CH had good standards and where heavy with posts that relate to warez issues but now they flourish just because its extra income in the end for Chris.

And at the same time these people who boast they steal games are actually killing the PC market at the same time.

As for the OP and TOS he may not have posted links or how to get the beta, but its obvious he has played the beta which is illegal since its not official public, ergo has to be procured from warez sources like usenet, torrents etc.

So actually talking about it should constitute removal of the thread and other similar threads. But over the last year this has not been happening because as said they bring income for Chris and Co.

DABhand do us a favor and get off your moral horses, and do what they told you chill out. if he played the beta legally good for him. if he pirated it, well he still did not post any links to where it could be gotten so yeah i see nothing illegal in this thread.

DABhand, I get your point - But you are being a little over-sensitve on this issue.

CH doesn't rely on piracy for income. No CD's are only recommended if games have anti-debug protections and the crack removes them.
