I Tried to max the exporer points in Hawaii in an offline account and it definitely works. I have all clothes and tuner upgrades in Hawaii.

How did you manage to do it, I've tried many different ways, including winning races.

Press F7 just before you find a wreck then discover the wreck and voila (that's how i did it).

It doesn't work, i have find a wreak car, i find her , i press f7 and then i take it but nothing happens
