i use this for my player and it works perfect
and you can easily use for any version of PES2011 just for become a legend.

use this guidance: (if you have any questions just reply here i will respond it)

Step 1. Create your player until you’re contracted by a club, play the first game and save it.

Step 2. Go to “Personal Data” and choose “My Data” to check on your stats.

Step 3. Take note of ALL YOUR DATA, for example : Attack 75, Defence 43, Body balance 65, Stamina 66, Top speed 77, Acceleration 72, Responsiveness 67, Agility 66, and so on..

Step 4. You dont need to close your PES2011, now open TSEARCH.

Step 5. Choose “Open Process”, its the 1st big button on the top left.

Step 6. Choose pes2011.exe

Step 7. Choose “Hex Editor”, its the 3rd big button on the top middle.

Step 8. Use the “Calculator”, if its not open yet then choose it, its the 6th big button on the top middle.

Step 9. The “Calculator” Will be on the left, now lets start concentrating on it, you will need you player’s data “My Data”.
For example, Attack 75, in the “Calculator” you will need to type 75 and then press “H”=Hex, it will give the result of “D”=Dec which is 4B. After that you will need to press “D”=Dec to return it to “H”=Hex, now press “Cl”=Clear. OK That’s 1 down and 7 to go, That is why I said take note of your player’s “My Data” because we will need the first 8 attributes of your “My Data”, so in my player = 75,43,65,66,77,72,67,66 DEC and result will be 4B,2B,41,42,4D,48,43,42 HEX.

Step 10. “Find” your HEX, its the 3rd small button on top of the codes, its the magnifying button. For example my Hex is 4B2B41424D484342 (don’t use the comma).

Step 11. Now, change all of the data in that 1 line to 63 (there’s 16 attributes to be changed in 1 line), the 63 represents 99 in your stats, if you managed change that 1 line to 63 63 63 63 63 63 63 63 63, the last information you’ll get is ccccccccccc.

Step 12. Keep searching for the same thing and keep changing it to 63 63 63 63 63 63 until you’ll get cccccccccc, I searched and changed about 3 or 4 times (depending on your player).

Step 13. SUCCESS, you should close your TSEARCH and look at your PES 2011, look at “My Data” and you’ll see the result. Starting with the Attack until Shot power is 99.

How do you do it for the remaining stats?

i added this file for you
when you are loading your BAL save go to "Personal DATA>My DATA
where show your status
then run this file and press Load Game button and make your changes and after that press Save to memory and have fun with that.

The BAL editor is not working. My player is 17 not 43 years old!! All messed up not even my players stats.

just follow my post mate
it work perfect first run the PES2011 then go to your BAL sale and load the game.
after that go to My DATA and then run application that i posted above and you will see it will work.
