"F" Trainer Commands within STEAM

Regarding the Mega Trainer 1.02 (STEAM), Unlimited Mako Health, Unlimited He....

I have been unable to utilize any of the options F7, F8, F9, F11, and F12. Has anyone else encountered the problem, and if so were you capable of establishing a fix. Also, my overheat option no longer appears to be working. Any thoughts? It did work prior to my entering Peak 15.
