There is a glitch on Chapter 5 when you finally reach the top, get held by two guys, shot at, fall down and have to shoot the boss necro while he restrains you or be eaten otherwise.

Well, I have a ripper equipped and the blade doesn't reach him and it won't let me shoot for whatever reason. Replayed the scene like 15 times and can't get the ripper to shoot.

HALP!

does holding down the space bar help, as this will launch a ripper disk further

nevermind, I just replayed from the beginning, only took about an hour.

Spacebar didn't help.

I'm stuck here too, same prob, what did you do to rectify the problem?

I didn't, I just replayed from my earlier savepoint in Chapter 3. Doesn't take that long depending on the difficulty.

There's a small window of time before you have to shoot him to choose a gun, so just spam another-gun hotkey during that time, worked for me.
