Wouw.... it could be aliens for all we know.
Get HWinfo32 Link run it with logging on and see if it is power or temp issue. Good luck.

Well first I would recommend figuring out if it is indeed the trainer causing the issue. While no doubt many people on this site are tech savvy I think you would be better served posting this problem in a hardware related forum like Tom's Hardware. That said, I had a similar issue where my PC would actually become unstable at very high framerates and it would sometimes just shut off like how you described...however, this was usually during menus or prerendered movies where it was hitting 4000+ fps and not so much during the game itself...but still it most likely to be a glitch in the hardware rather than an issue with the game or trainer.

Alright. I've done some testing with and without the trainer. It seems to be trainer related. I'm running the unlimited health and unlimited air. And I have used the add credits and add nodes on occasion to upgrade my stuff. It works fine without the trainer though. Just not with the trainer it also sort of looks like the trainer is slowing my game down just a tad, though I'm not using the speed or slowing option. Could it be because I'm logged in to EA whilst playing it?

I doubt EA is actually forcing a hard reset.
Maybe Cal can look at his coding he may have a messy injection thats causing more work on the CPU than necessary, i.e he is using a memory location that is constantly being accessed for opcodes and his sub-routine thats injected there may be causing more flops to the CPU.
Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA
