I have seen some people they have titles. For example my on my name the title is unlimited member (title meaning membership type), however I've seen some as SAGE, ELDER and MODDERATOR. Anyone know what these mean?

Also is there a order system, e.g does ELDER come first or SAGE?

The CHU Forums use two forms of ranks on the forums to show how long a user has been with us.

The Title Ranks
Title ranks are your status on the forums. They change over time to reflect how long a user has been with us or if they have a special status with us.

Default Ranks - Can be displayed by all members (UNL or Not)

MEMBER: Default rank. User has been here less than a year.
VETERAN: User has been with us for at least 1 year.
CHEATMASTER: User has been with us for at least 2 years.
ELDER: User has been with us for at least 3 years.
SAGE: User has been with us for at least 4 years.
ELITE: User has been with us for at least 5 years.

Special Ranks

UNL MEMBER: This user has paid for Unlimited Membership and has access to Unlimited Services. UNL Members can change their displayed rank to the above scheme if they wish to without changing their status.

AUTHOR: The user has submitted content to CHU and has been granted Unlimited Membership and has access to Unlimited Services. Authors have access to special pages to control their content. Authors can change their display rank to UNL MEMBER or the default ranks without changing their status.

FEAT AUTHOR: These users have worked with administrators to publish special guides and have the same privileges as AUTHORS do.

MODERATORS: Moderators are selected users that enforce the Forum Rules. Moderators provide limited help for issues regarded Unlimited Services, but can help for all issues regarding the forums. Moderators can lock topics, delete topics, move topics, edit posts, delete posts, and give reductions to Star Rank (explained below). Moderators have the Golden Star Rank to help identify them better.

FOUNDERS: Founders are the administrators and owners of Cheat Happens. When all other support fails, you can go to these guys either by PM or by e-mail. Founders have the Golden Star Rank to help identify them better.

TRAINER MAKER: This rank is reserved exclusively for Caliber as he is the programmer that makes and manages each CHU trainer. Caliber has a Golden Star Rank to help identify him better.

The Star Ranks
The Star Ranks are the 5 stars next to your name. As you post more in the forums, your star rank will increase and you gain additional stars.

1 star: Less than 100 posts
1.5 stars: More than 100 posts
2 stars: More than 500 posts
2.5 stars: More than 1000 posts
3 stars: More than 2000 posts
3.5 stars: More than 4000 posts
4 stars: More than 8000 posts
4.5 stars: More than 10000 posts
5 stars: More than 20000 posts
Gold stars: Moderators and Founders

Hmmm I wonder if a six year rank will be implemented now someone important has achieved it (me ) haha

How can you do that, what do you have to do?

Go to Edit Profile > Misc. Settings

And its one of the options

Your available ranks will display and you can choose one then save

I personally think there should be an "Old Fart" rank.
