    Are you talking about the Water Temple in "The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina of Time" on Nintendo 64?

    I got stuck on Dark Link, gave up, picked it up again a month later and forgot completely how I got to Dark Link.

    Water Temple took me a good 2 months.
    I beat it at my cousins house for him then came home and forgot how I did it.
