    The game is great and all.. but I still havent figured out how to zoom in and out ? do I NEED a mouse? or is there any other way to do this? I really need to figure this out , since I recently got involved in a war and cant zoom in to see my army..

    You need to use your mouse wheel. I don't think its possible to do it without a mouse.

    maybe you need to assign a scroll up and down button in your settings the default is page up and down

    In the game's options, probably. Else you can just pickup some basic mouse at a local store and use it.
