It's only been released in Europe. jan 4th is the North American released date

You can still buy it. Go to proxyde.com/ and click Surfen. Then enter www.gamersgate.co.uk.
Just add two worlds to your basket then go to the site normally (not using the proxy) and it'll still be in your basket. Just use a credit card to pay for it and not PayPal.
