4.5.6 Trainer Malware?

Regarding the Trainer 4.5.6, Add $10.000, Needs Always Fulfilled....

Hey guys, not sure if this place is even watched anymore, but yeah.
Every time I attempt to download the trainer for the 4.5.6 version of the game, Avast pops up saying there's malware in the Trainer's executable file?
Anyone able to help me with this?
