Where can i find an activated magic box ... or how can i activate one?

You don't need to activate the random weapons box... Just find it and make sure you have enough money to buy from it...

If I remember correctly its 950 "money" for each random weapon.

And on the map Five (pentagon) the box is always in the basement first time. Nearby the power switch.

On the theatre map the box is random placed for each time you play.
