I know it is something simple but EXACTLY how do you add a mod (XLG Mag or silencer)to a weapon?

Looks just completly confused. No one read manuals these days 🤔

But at least he or she is happy now.

Is there even a need to read the manual? If you enter the pipboy and go to items > weapons and you mouse over a weapon it'll say Repair/Maintains (R) and under it Mod (x). People just got to open their eyes up..

Yep, it is even clearly seen when you view the weapons in the Pip-Boy.

    To All:

    Thanks for all your responses.

What happen was I was trying to put a "Sniper rifle" suppressor (silencer) on the Gobi Scout Sniper Rifle. That upper right side on PIP was not highlighted.

Turns out the suppressor ONLY fits on a standard sniper rifle, hence the original post.

I read the manual and forums before I posted, having said all that, I will admit to doing dumb things.
