According to the Steam forums it was a 467 MB SecuROM removal patch.

Patience, the update just released. Not to mention the fact that this title has already become a little dated... it may not see an updated trainer. Regardless, they will need an updated exe to work with... so be ready to make one available.

That is the smartest thing I have ever heard anyone say about anything.

how it us i have install i push on f1 in the main menu but in game when i push on a key nothing takes place and i have not the war tower

I have recently purchased this game via the gamestop app and i tried the updated trainer from january and the outdated trainer from 2010 and neither one of them work. is there no current trainer tfor the game or will the trainers not work on the gamestop app? my trainer for all my other gamestop games work.
