Numpad 1: Add 100,000 Credits - Activate this option as many times as you need.
Each press will give you an additional 100,000 of funds.

Numpad 2: Add 1000 Score - Activate this option in a game to increase your score.
Each press will add 1000 to the current amount.

Numpad 3: Add Available Units - This option will allow you to increase the number
of deployable vehicles you have. Here's how to use it. Click off any
deployment screens you may have open (so no interfaces are showing).
Activate this cheat. Now choose a category you want (IE. medical personnel),
then click on whichever vehicle you want to have another one of
(IE. ambulance). You will see that you gain an additional one of
that vehicle, ready to deploy at any time. Repeat if you need more.
Bear in mind, this will still use up your number of free parking lot spaces,
as if you had acquired them normally. So don't add far too many. However,
you will be able to use this cheat to get vehicles that you wouldn't normally
be able to get, due to the budget.

Numpad 4: Restore Casualty Health - Dispatch an emergency doctor to an injured person
and click for him/her to start healing. Then activate this option to increase
their health bar. Now they can be quickly taken away in an ambulance, without
having to wait. This works only for damaged people, not vehicles etc.

For me this activates but none of the options work

This is for the original game, no patches. Also use the no-cd fix and disable/uninstall all AV, etc.

@PWizard: Is there a possibility to add function which will prevent injured from losing health (without need of use a doctor)? Something like God Mode for injured.
And, is it possible to add Invincibility for vehicles and rescue personnel?

Am using the original game with no patches, and all av are disabled.

No additional options are planned. Sometimes, you might just want to be grateful for what you have.

I am grateful but I can always ask... IMHO there are more needed functions that can help passing game... Nevermind.
BTW, There is (Link) a patch for Retail but no Fix available yet.
