The xp system is linked to age also
The more experienced you are the older you are. That can't be changed, unless another option was introduced to keep you a specific age.
IIRC there was a fan based trainer on some Fable fansite that had +50 options, you could basically control a lot of the game.

This is a relly good game completed it 3or 4 times and because i am 64 years old i always go for white hair like mine, lol but true, and yes you cannot avoid getting old in the game at the end, and suprise suprise,lol in real life as well,this is for our younger members its also great when you get to 64 and the brain still works and the widger as well.lol

Note that you have to use [Alt][Tab] to switch to the trainer.
To set options, it does NOT use radio-buttons so it's hard to know what you have already set (uses [On] [Off] buttons without highlighting).
WARNING - Some options caused the game to crash:
- "Infinite Health" or "Infinite Mana" crash on saves
- "One Hit Kill" during attacks by many NPCs
