Based on what I've seen in the console commands, there should be a way to increase movement speed without needing a trainer. I believe it was something along the lines of player.setspeedmult <#>

But I'm not 100% on that.

Console command will increase the speed of all creatures/entities in the game, not only the player speed. That's why it's bad to use it. Everything will be in warp mode if you do.

Alot of different mods you can get to help you speed up when moving in the wastelands, before you get fast travel to all area's.

Found 3 different mods on newvegasnexus everything from assassin mod to glasses that speed you up to a mod that just increases movement speed, mods dont seem to conflict with achievement atleast not the 2 movement mods im using.

The console code to increase the players speed when moving is

Setgs fmoverunmult ##

Just enter a number where the ## is ( Default is 4 )*

* The number does not have to be a whole - If you want to you can use part numbers ( I tend to use 6.5 )

In using cheat codes that are typed into the console it DOES disable the Steam Achievements

Well, you're subject title is "Where is the speed?", so I will stick with that. If you want to move faster and have it stick after using the command, type (no quotes and with spaces) "player.speedmult number". If you want to move about 3 times (for example) faster, type in 300 for the speed amount. Using the command line "setgs fmoverunmult number" only works for the duration of that session of gameplay hence achievements cannot be had while using the command in game.. The 'speedmult' command can be saved and sticks after restarting the game and you can get achievements as well.

based off what someone said here is what i did in note pad. start a new game and at the docs. place whatever you saved the file as you use the console command to load it as bat scott or whatever name you saved it as.

thats what i was going to suggest as well, just add every code u desire into a bat file execute it in console in game of course and boom u got all the feature u want just like a trainer.
