Fallout: New Vegas Message Board  

Near East gate I think in Freeside there's a shop which two brothers run, one sells guns and the other sells merchandise and fake id's to get onto the strip. Near that shop a boy chases a little girl with the Euclid's C-Finder, his name is Max. You can buy it from him or steal it from him when he sleeps. (He sleeps in the second floor of the broken building to the left or right of the shop.)
