My game is stuck in Peace treaty status with Arabia for nearly 1,000 years now and Its getting annoying, they are conquering all my allies and aside from creating a wall of units to block a path somewhere I cannot stop their expansion aside from getting there first.

Anyone know of way of getting rid of this stuck peace treaty bug and somehow forcing me into a war? I've tried insulting them as much as I can but all it gives me is dirty words, and an occasional request to open my borders, which i've accepted just to see if another treaty expiring would force an update ( it did not).

I've never had that error.

Although when I try to force someone to surrender outright, and they agree (by giving me all of their cities etc.) the game crashes.

if anyone else has this problem i did find a solution, there is a mod in the mod browser that enables the declare war button regardless of current treaties, its a cheat work around but that shouldn't bother anyone here.

There was way too many glitches from launch. Luckily I only have a couple. My game cant skip the opening cinematic and if I use a nuke to attack a city, but the blast radius destroys one of my own unit (fail accident :P) Then it just crashes my game. Then when I try to restart the game via steam, it wont load for a couple of tries, and just say "The Game has stopped responding" then it might finally load properly.

once you go into peace treaty i dont think you can declare war until after 30 turns. Its a treaty.
