White Screen on Trainer Activation

This trainer worked perfectly before, but at some point started closing one of the MR2 instances in Task Manager on activation, causing an unresponsive white screen.
I'm assuming since MR2 runs 3 processes in Task Manager simultaneously, the trainer is attaching to the wrong one causing it to end, not sure if there is a way using Aurora to specify which instance to attach to. -
