I can also confirm, Infinite Health does not work. I tried time of day options, they work fine. Also, I am using GOG version, so I am keeping that in mind. Just for an added information. -

ELDERPunk18 posted on Jun 07, 2026 6:10:19 AMI've done some testing and found that Infinite Health and Infinite Mana don't work. The values in the character screen change to 999, but the actual health and mana stay at their original values.
Selected Item - Quantity doesn't work either. It only shows huge numbers, while the real item count remains unchanged.
Items Don't Decrease, Increase/Decrease Time of Day by 1 Hour, and Teleport to Camp are working as intended.
I haven't had a chance to test the other options yet. -

Same here, it shows something like 1638901 and when I change it to let's say 1365 it disappears from the inventory completely lol... -
