Try at a lower number maybe?

It means the developers who put out this game broken are still trying to fix their untested and non quality control released game title. In other words it's patched yet again.
Game has patched every month since release. This time they moved to new unreal engine version.
Trainer will be total rewrite. No idea how long, how many options will be reproducible. Also highly likely these developers who obviously put out a broken and unfinished game will be done tinkering and fooling around with this game for months years to come, thus many more patches, rewrites, interruptions to come. Therefore after hours of updating, they are likely to break it similar again possibly even in the very next update.
Titles like this we do not prioritize since it will be a huge time sink. Could be hours, days, maybe a week. FYI
Might even patch a time or two MORE before we can complete the update, since they moved to new engine.
