Ever since AuroraAI was released, I get a message in red text that says: Failed to download trainer, check log file. The log file says: "Failed to retrieve offline trainer, error: InternalServerError. This happens no matter which of the three favorite trainers is selected: Cyberpunk 2077, Yakuza Kiwami, or Dave the Diver.
As far as I know, I don't have any offline trainers in Aurora. Choosing Trainers, Offline Trainers, brings up the message: No offline trainers. You don't have any offline trainers downloaded yet. Download trainers for offline use from the trainer details page.
While I'm concerned that something is wrong, the Cyberpunk 2077 trainer seems to be working fine even though I get the error message when loading it from my favorites list.
what OS? VPN? antivirus exclusion? offline key updated? need more info

I'm using Windows 11 Home version 25H2.
I haven't touched the antivirus, which is the Microsoft Windows 11 Antivirus.
I'm not using any trainers offline. I would sometimes use the offline key with the trainers that preceded Aurora, but when you changed everything around with limits and restrictions, etc. etc -- I just stopped using them. I've never used one with Aurora, which is probably why it says "No offline trainers" under the offline trainers tab.
Where does Aurora even store the trainers I'm using? I know the three I've marked as favorites, but not sure if any other trainers are being used.
Thank you for the help. Let me know if you need to know anything else. I did try taking the trainers out of favorites, then finding them and adding them as favorites again, but that didn't help.
you would need to download an offline key to be able to use offline trainers. Once you grab the offline key you could then favorite trainers or manually download them. then you can use them from the offline trainer tab
