Can you give Life Time members access to the "Club Cheats" not only Life Time Plus and Tier 7. I never got Life Time Plus cause it never affected the cheats so now I get punished.
Also on the AMA first question, PWizard answered;
These options will NEVER be critical for the core gameplay. You'll never see health or ammo or crafting options reserved for The Club. These will be things like big head mode, enemies attack each other, no clipping, etc.
So why are there trainers with cheats like resources and re-rolls in a rouge-like locked behind Club already. My example is "TerraTech Legion" They have Re-Rolls, Mega Money for Upgrades, Current Coins and Total Coins Collected locked. The first 3 options seem like "critical core gameplay" to me.
and whats stopping you from upgrading to tier 7?
I hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears, but perhaps I can speak for a less vocal part of your customer base.
You guys have a great team, I really like the freedom of being able to play games the way I want to, cut through the grind or fluff, or just have the freedom to explore. Y'all keep the trainers updated, active, and well featured and I'm not here to pretend that a single lifetime sub from a few users will sustain development indefinitely.
That said, since I first subscribed so many years ago, I've watched as you keep compartmentalizing your paid features into more and more addons. Until now, they've all been purely cosmetic and fair. More dedicated users get more ways to pay, and show off their gratuity.
This feels different, the blurb is "Unlock Additional Options in Select AAA Trainers" with the promise that "They will be "fun" options such as Big Head Mode, Enemies Attack Each Other, No Clipping, etc." but all it takes is a scroll through the recently added trainers list to see that so far this doesn't really seem to be true.
Teleport positions in Far Far West, Coin and Mega Money options in TerraTech Legion, HP and Energy options in EvoCreo 2, Unlimited Stamina, Shelter Capacity, and Reputation in Above the Snow- these are just a few club-only options found on the first few seconds of clicking through.
It makes sense that you need a monthly subscription cost to support continual development, and it seems pretty reasonable to imagine you guys really are trying your best to add more fun trainer options than ever before and are using this money to do so. But the messaging is awful. If you can't actually afford to continue trainer development without new subs, why still offer the lifetime option?
It doesn't take much effort to research other subscription model trainers and find that similar options are baked right into a single cost. Perhaps you guys are seeing only the value proposition of this new subscription, but the customer sees something entirely different.
They buy a subscription to unlock 'unlimited access to exclusive cheats and trainers' and then open the aurora app and see that damn near every game worth playing has "Join the Club to unlock" written over half the options. This feels like we're being upsold a new subscription a la Apple storage addons, and it doesn't feel nice.
Perhaps my view is controversial since I'm not really a part of your community, but I'm not a bitter customer nor do I regret any money I have spent on the products here. But I am worried that the future of this service could become obfuscated and less transparent and in my experience this is always the beginning of the end for something good. So I write in hopes that that would never happen.
For a customer like me, a post about "we want to make better trainers, we need more money to justify it" would resonate more than "we're selling new 'fun' trainer features on an additional membership cost, but promise that you won't ever really need them" when the entire point of this community is that no one actually needs any of the features and they're all fun features. You guys decide the line, and expect the customer to not get frustrated by the paywall? I think this is a tightrope you're going to walk and yes, it will transfer people to your new sub, but it will also have just as many people ignore your services after buying in and feeling ripped off.
I'm sorry if this is not as uplifting as previous posts here, but I could not write it on discord as I kept getting my conversations silenced. I like what you guys do, a lot of the newest Aurora features are legitimately awesome and I'd be happy to give more money towards making cool ****.
Additionally the AI girl feels cringe and inhuman, to be blunt. I totally get why you don't want to pay for an actress, but I'd rather read a nice blog post or look at an infographic than see a clearly fake girl trying to hype up paid features that I'm already not very sold on. Like a modern day 'booth babe' upselling me on a car :P
It's cute for your dedicated fans, but extremely out of touch for people who are already scratching their head at the recent changes.
I agree with you. For me, too, some of these don’t fall into the "fun options" category. We’ll discuss this internally to figure out why they were chosen and what could have been selected instead.
The original idea was to offer club members added value and avoid splitting our community into two groups, with one group feeling like they now only have access to promotional trainers. Unfortunately, this can’t be completely ruled out, because what’s an "unimportant fun" option for one person might seem important enough to another. That said, there are a few examples you mentioned that seem a bit questionable at first glance.
I hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears, but perhaps I can speak for a less vocal part of your customer base.

Thanks for your thoughts on this! We are listening to the members!
Chris may have already made some changes for Plus and Tier 7 members, so I am sure that will help the situation for many.
On this particular game there are two or maybe three options that give you the currency for upgrades. I chose one of them that is more "convenient" to use at the shop, to be a club option. The other options are just as powerful, but you get the coins when you are in combat and then can use them in the shop.
The coins are essential in the game, for upgrades, so non Club members have option too.
At any rate, I may change which is Club and which is not.
Thanks for feedback!
best,
Cal
