Account is showing as free, but is paid

I put in a ticket Friday and I have not heard anything at all
But my account is saying I'm not subbed, even though I am. I've sent my receipts and everything to support but just haven't heard anything back.
Never had this happen before in the 2 years I have been subbed. Just looking for any insight/help as I want to get back into using my trainers. -
