Selected Material Amount (Worth):
Use the arrow keys (not the mouse) to highlight the item you want to edit in the cargo menu, then alt-tab to the trainer to view the value. Change the value in the trainer, return to the game, exit and re-enter the cargo menu to see the updated amount. Note: Make sure the trainer’s text box isn’t selected while grabbing or updating the values, or it won’t refresh properly.

No more backtracking. Just boom — you’re there.

Honestly, what a brilliantly creative solution to one of the most notorious grinds in the game. Whoever thought of this deserves a standing ovation. 👏

I've run across two problems so far, pretty minor ones though to be honest.

Cargo Health (NUM 4) appears to affect the interaction with Lou and you can't seem to calm them down with it on.

The other problem is text boxes whether it be a help box or choices in a conversation. The problem with this one I haven't been able to pinpoint which option it is, and I was using quite a few at the time:
•NumPad3: Infinite Health
• NumPad4: Infinite Cargo Health
• NumPad5: Unlimited Transporter Boot Durability
• Multiply: Zero Weight
And I think I had • F1: Ghost Mode (Invisibility) on too.

If I can pin point which one it is I'll update my post.

edit : in my infinite wisdom I decide to submit some more trainer option and manage to fumble it by prematurely sending the request before i finish writing.

I just wish that more option from death stranding 1 came to the 2
