kaosfucm, if you want to get skill points. The key is to set your selected class level to a low number and your selected class exp to a high number. You get skills from the experience points, if you set the level to high like to max 40, you do not get any more experience points.

Try:

Class
Slected Class EXP: 9999999
Slected Class Level: 2

Also, complete a mission completely. The intro mission works well. You can repeat this several times.

Actually, you don't need to change the level, what I did was just set EXP to 999999 and freeze it.
This works for weapons as well.
Enter a mission walk around for a bit kill a few, activate your abilities then die, as soon you go to end mission report it will max out the class.

I played private game and works only game speed. Other options didn't work and editor show -0.125 in all 9 cases

Watch the video he made; for weapons go to armory and select the weapon, the editor then shows the correct numbers. same with the other options. ( Watch the video)

Now i tried exactly as on the video and result is the same. Works only game speed option. In editor i still see only "-0.125" in armory and in game

Everything works perfectly, what you say it's just impossible to happen with this trainer, I tested it for very long hours before publishing the trainer, every single option is tested.
