its really not that hard to get the materials. all you need is 1 now. turn on infinite items and transfer it to storage and back and forth until you have as many as you want. I have been keeping a stack of materials in my storage so when i need it i just turn the option on then pull the stack out then turn off the option to upgrade.
but yeh requesting options on here is never going to get an option added. -

When you have Unlimited Items on and switch gear it will duplicate said gear. Same thing happens when you upgrade items with this option on unless your upgrading an equipped item. As it has been said many times, dont leave that option on all the time.
