for some reason the diplomacy only works if i start with the buff option from the start or it always just had ?? and is unchangable... or i am dumb and doing something worng. that could all be possable. everything elce is working great though!

That sounds like a really odd bug.
I suggest you upload your save game and also make a report. Add to report that the save is here in case a tester wants to use it.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
