I have seen some others get this error when trying to start a trainer and I have been getting this error message now too. I have not been able to run any trainer since around new years and I am dumbfounded as what to do. Been trying to run as admin with no luck. I am using win10 - should not be a problem!? Happy for any answears and/or solutions.

whats the full error message and for what trainer?

Full message is "Failed to get AIO trainer for trainer ID (unauthorized), please see log file"
No game works - ex: Baldurs Gate 3 and Pathfinder:Wrath of the Rightous.
I am only using Steam and before til around new years I could also start games via the trainer but that has also been disabled.
Seems like the trainer can no longer find contact with Steam - maybe because of updates I guess!?

unauthorized means you don't have access. Typical if your membership expired or your payment failed. Please open a support ticket so we can figure out what's the problem.
