Grand Theft Auto 4 (GTA 4) Message Board  

I keep hearing about this program that allows you to tweak your graphics card and cpu and that the latest version of the program contains a hotfix for a well-known GTAIV texture issue. The problem is this hotfix has to be activated within Riva Tuner which means navigating a series of tabs and menus. If anyone is familiar with this program (version 2.24) and know how to activate this hotfix it would be much appreciated because I'm a total noob using this program. I love the game on the PC, looks so much better than any of the console versions and the frame rates are fast and smooth on my rig but my only issue is texture problems when you change the camera view in the game affecting the look of streets and the faces of buildings. This only happens for a second or two but is noticeable and annoying especially when it doesn't happen in the console versions of the game. I would like to see if this hotfix corrects the issue.
