I've been trying everything I can think of and I'm getting nowhere. I'm either doing something wrong or there is some kind of glitch. I'm at the point where you have to break the power drills at the safes and no matter what I hit the damn things with, they don't seem to be causing any damage. I've used items in the room and still... nothing. It's all I've been doing for hours now and I'm getting nowhere. Pleeeeease someone help.

Disable the 'weapon durability' cheat.
I'm not one to brag about my financial skills, but my credit card company calls me almost every day to tell me my balance is outstanding.

Well that tip didn't work for me. I suspected running the trainer as being the cause and rebooted the game without it running but I still cannot even dent one of those drills.
