Is there a way to set the arrow to point back to the safe house? As far as I can tell the only way to set the arrow to the safe house is when there's an active mission in the safe house...annoying when I have survivors in tow and don't know where to go...

Yeah that really annoying in the beginning. But about halfway through you'll know your way around better than real malls. =P

so true, and also pick up as many guns as possible and round up all the survivors at once. They will help fight zombies and bosses.

Yeah it is but you can also press back and make ur way to the safe house, when i was carrying 9 i had to kill 2 after i got the achievement for carrying 8 survivors the 2 was slow because one got heated in the bed and one was a worker who got attack. I couldn't carry 2 of them at once and i was far from the safe house so i had to kill the 2 and press back to make my way back to the safe house and once you get familiar with the location you really don't need a waypoint.

In Dead Rising (1) you never had arrow to safe house either if you wherent on mission or escort survivors mini game

actually i found out that if you click over to he mission to deliver zombrex back to katey it gives you your safe house arrow

Really? That only seems to work for me when it's actually TIME to give Katey her zombrex.
