EVENT 1040 ----- How and when can I use this? The enemy burns through the Tech's so fast, and it takes me forever to learn basic tools. I am usually the US so I can have more research slots, but it does not seem to help..... Any ideas????

A research add to the trainer would be best!!!!! My guess is that it is not possible or it would have already been done.

Ohhhhhh.... It might help if I have an enemy.... Uhhhh.... Or looked in the db and found the event LIST.
