I can't use the trainer when in jail, unable to fist fight properly, so I leave the trainer off as well in the warehouse I leave it off, the movements are easy to do with the Xbox 360 controller for windows, just got to block and then hit, with the red or yellow buttons and green to block!..

Game version I have is version 1.0.0.1

Trainer works fine on 99% of fist fights for me, even the prison ones, the only time the trainer stops working properly is when you leave Infinite Health option on during a fight you are supposed to lose - i.e. the initial fight with the irish guy in jail. Just turn Infinite Health off during the fight and let him pummel you. You can normally tell one of these fights because with it on you won't be able to land any punches. I had it on for all the rest and it worked fine for me. Try just turning that one option off during fights that seem to bug

i landed punches on the irish guy in prison with the infinite health cheat on, but yeah, you have to turn it off cause you're supposed to lose, you get to kill him later in the mission though, just remember to turn the cheat off imediately afterwards for the cutscene.

I already got through all 15 chapters on the easy level, I'm now playing it again on the hard level and just got out of prison!..
