need help with patch 2 and the trainers

Im having trouble with trainer patch2 i downloaded the patch 1.02 installed it on my computer, but when i go into the bioshock 2 main title screen down the bottom it shows v1.0 and i have tried all trainers and when im ingame press buttons and it comes up saying activated but none of the options work im not running any antivirus programs and have tried running trainer in administrator but still nothing its really annoying me.
