Stuck on the blue shimmer part

INACTIVEDOGOFWAR777 posted on Sep 18, 2010 11:45:06 AMI've looked up what is suppose to happen but there is no blue light, no path way, just black, constant black.
I'm playing it on steam, Have graphics cards and everything updated.
And I've tried it like 50 times now. No blue light at all.
And yes I did try not moving at all, then walking around, and looking around, But there is nothing.
