    @HG: I live in Syria, but I'm not from Syria

    What are the options like in Syria?

    If you go international you'll be charged 2-4 times as much as the people from whatever country you go to because the government won't subsidize tuition for foreigners. Leaving the country is an option but it's crazy expensive.

    I don't know about Europe but in America I'd go to Silicon Valley because that's where all the computer technology companies are. There are a lot of universities too choose from there.

    * Menlo College
    * De Anza College

    As for Canada you would want to go to Waterloo instead of Toronto. RIM (Blackberry guys) operate out of Waterloo and the university is known to be one of the best for computer related things.

    I was going to say San Jose State, as well.

    It feeds directly to silicon valley.

    Which degree are you doing?

    If it is postgrad, better go to the top one (if you can manage to get in). So far I think Stanford is good for it, although I am anthropology phd there.

    If it is undergrad, it doesnt matter actually.
