Necessary words aren't addicting, any more than oxygen is addicting.

So, it's the various unnecessary words. We'll go with the seven words as expressed by George Carlin.

    ****
    ****
    ****
    ****
    ****sucker
    Mother****er
    ****

That should cover most of the ****'d out words in this thread to this point.
In the end they will lay their freedom at our feet and say to us, 'Make us your slaves, but feed us.'

Damn, you beat me to it.

I'm gonna go with ****. **** is a versatile word.

I would not call "I" addicting, its normally necessary to make sentences actually make sense. If any word is addicting I would think it would be a word like the F bomb(You know what I'm talking about) its amazing how often it comes up when there are 100 other words you could use in particular circumstances, when reason beyond me demns it a so call bad word.

Well it's only necessary to make those sentences make sense because it's addicting to talk about oneself. Think about it during the next conversation you have. How much do you talk about yourself, and how much does the other person talk about him/herself?

What is the most addicting word? I think that at least twice per week. I am going to find out. But first, I need the opinion of the people. What are the words that you are addicted to saying? I will make a poll based on those words... So, what are they?

It should be "I love you" - and meaning it when you say it.

Unfortunately its probably "F... you" - and not thinking about saying it.

The first can make your day - the second can ruin it...

Definitely the four letter swears. I find myself having to stop myself from saying them, they're just so pointless and honestly I feel stupid saying them casually.
I don't want a big car, particularly. I have no need for acreage, and I don't like the fuel bills. But I don't want a small one because they're all like supermarket own-brand cola: weedy imitations of the real thing - Jeremy Clarkson
