I'd spend my last day burning things. I always like how destructive and powerful fire really is. I'm a good ole pyromaniac at heart.
Also, cancer you unless want people to get roasted you'll stay away from me! Same goes for the rest of you diseases...

Why you guys are negative ?
Why don't you spend your last day doing good stuff (better than usual) and leave this miserable life with something good you did, something good for the people to remember you for, at least in your last day.
Nah, I'd rather be scorned than mourned.
After all who says that burning things isn't good stuff? It's good... for me.
