You are more forgiving than I am regarding the gameplay. Yes, the faction thing is a nice re-visitation to the first Fallouts and the choices are nebulous until you make it farther into the game bringing clarity along with it. But the game feels to recycled to give it a "8" overall. What I don't get is your issue with the load times. Either you have a weak PC or the game is truly that buggy (which it is does have nasty bugs). I have a very powerful rig, so load time are near instant for me, but the game does fall into framerate problems and stutter because of the poor coding. I hit 60FPS all of the time with this rig playing it. Then sometimes when I move into a different area, it slows to a crawl and I just simply restart the game to remedy that. The game doesn't seem to purge the cache on the fly to prevent this, something that is an old-school solution that just should be included in the coding of the game.[Edited by tommy6860, 11/10/2010 4:37:48 PM]
