You will get your missions from El Burro by answering the phone booth located in Hepburn Heights, Portland.

Mission 1: Turismo
Location: Portland
Reward: $10.000

Get a fast car, like the Banshee. Drive to the pink dot on your map. When you stop in the blue circle, a car race will begin. You have to beat three other cars in a checkpoint race to finish the mission.

Mission 2: I scream, you scream!
Location: Portland
Reward: $6000

Get a car and drive to the pink dot on your map. You will find a briefcase with a bomb in it. Get back in you car and drive to the new pink dot. There you will find a Mr. Whoopee icecream truck. This is one of the cars you'll need for your Import/Export garage (see Bonus Missions) and it can sometimes be hard to find so if you can, deliver it to the garage and fail the mission. If you dont want to or already have it in you Import/Export garage, drive it to the pink dot on your map. Park the car in the blue circle and honk the horn to play the jingle. Get out of the car and get to a safe distance, then detonate the bomb.

Mission 3: Trial by fire
Location: Portland
Reward: $10.000

Get a car and drive to the pink dot on you map. Get out of the car and pick up the Flame-thrower. Now you have to kill 20 Triads in 2 minutes to complete the mission.

Mission 4: Big 'n' veiny
Location: Portland
Reward: $20.000

Get into the van with the blue arrow over it. You have to collect porn magazines. This is a timed mission, just follow the trail of magazines until the van that drops them stops. Kill the guy standing at the van then drive to the pink dot on your map to complete the mission.
