Fight as Saisyu, Rugal, or Goenitz:
At the Takara logo, press Select, Select, Select.

Fight as Nakoruru or Mr. Karate:
At the Takara logo, press Select 20 times.

All hidden characters with full super meters:
At the Takara logo, press Select 25 times.

Fight as Kagura:
Enable the "Fight as Nakoruru" code. Highlight Chizuru and press Start at the player selection screen.

Fight as "Crazy" Iroi/Leona:
Enable the "Fight as Nakoruru" code. Highlight Iroi/Leona and press Start at the player selection screen.
